When you are deputed at Client’s workspace and need to physically work from their office.
** Projects are allocated after mapping Individual skill sets with client
requirement and priorities.

Your CV is reframed as per your past project experience and shared with the Sales person
Interview is scheduled with the client after your CV gets shortlisted
On clearing the client’s interview, the sales team shall send a kick start email detailing the deputation
The in-house application –‘T4Tracker’ has to be filled regularly while working on any client project

Prompt replies to emails to be done, else keep the other person/team updated on the ETA in case of dependency or delayed tasks status.
Follow written communication while discussing important matters with the client. Avoid verbal communication/commitments.
Address the client/team members with respect and use cordial language. Usage of Capitals and Bold letters should be done only to bring attention to important matters, else should not be used.
Observe good written communication manners and restrict email body to specifics only. Keep it short and to the point.
Keep the Sales rep and respective Project Manager in email copy (cc) while communicating with the client.
Possess strong listening skills and speak only when your turn comes up. Do not interrupt a conversation. Wait for your chance.
Maintain a good body language. Do not reflect a negative persona/feedback while in non-acceptance on a topic with a client.
Be sensitive to your client’s comfort zone and focus on understanding his point of view/opinion. Always use cordial language while speaking with Client.
Anticipate questions. Make things easy for the Client. Calm an agitated customer by recognizing and responding to their complaints.
