Introduction
Axis EngagePro is a centralized application which combines all their in-house application under a single platform and provides role based access to Axis Bank users. A general preview of the applications included in this are CRM, Notifications, Product guides, Calendars, Calculators, Announcements, Investment perspective, Call an Expert, HRMS, Services, Barcode, IPS, BA, ABR/SAS VA, FAQs, User Guides and Custom links & URLs which the admin can assign to the users.

Problem Statement
Axis users are required to login to individual apps using Single Sign On (The login credentials assigned by their CRM software). However to reduce the redundancy of doing this exercise on a daily basis, Axis proposed to bring all the apps under a single umbrella software called Engage Pro
Solution
Identifying the list of apps which required Single Sign On (SSO) and prepared the technical architecture to access all the applications from a single app. Out of the 13 proposed apps, 4 core modules were redeveloped as per latest industry standards. These included Calendar, TXB, Product Guide and Barcode. We also developed the backend admin panel with user specific access to all modules.
