A visionary and a thought-leader who has laid the foundation of Web Werks and NeoSOFT.

He is at the helm of devising and implementing strategic business processes; and drives the team with his unmatched enthusiasm and vigor.

An IITian from Roorkee and Masters from FMS (Delhi), he is also a passionate writer and has several books to his credit. His famous book – ‘Ray of Hope’ has been a sensation at the Amazon Book Store.

He has been the Vice President and played a pivotal role at Shree Synthetics of the S.K. Bangur Group for 26 years. Today, at the age of 74, he still beholds the energy and compassion to build and mentor teams towards an enriching career journey!

Nikhil Rathi

Founder & Director

Nikhil Rathi is a serial tech entrepreneur and the Founder Director of Web Werks. He has been instrumental in mounting Web Werks 6 Data Centers at strategic locations on the global map and has led Web Werks towards an impeccable growth trajectory.

He founded the first and largest Internet Exchange (IX) in India which later merged in the year 2017 to form DECIX. He is also the founder of NeoSOFT and Next Star Venture Capital LLP.

Nikhil holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science, MBA specializing in Marketing from Nichols College (US) and is also a Graduate in Finance and Business.

Nishant Rathi

Founder & Director

Nishant Rathi is a serial tech entrepreneur and the Founder Director of NeoSOFT. Under his leadership, NeoSOFT has grown to have a presence in 7+ countries, 1500+ Happy Clients, and a team of 4000+ full-time engineers.

He is at the helm of several initiatives in technology, applications, processes, customer deliveries, and business development.

Nishant holds a double Masters in Science with an MBA from Nichols College (US) and also a Graduate in Finance and Economics from Mumbai University.
